In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in providing excellent customer service to Emerson as a member of the Manila Australia New Zealand Alliance Team (MANZAT) organization. You will work collaboratively across all sectors of the organization to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization’s strategic goals while providing day-to-day tactical support to resolve process execution issues and provide process training that is aligned with the organization’s objectives. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead process execution and issue resolution. Implement new processes and change management. Lead innovation and process creation initiatives. Communicate policies, programs, and decisions that affect the team, as well as conduct internal training as needed by the organization.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course. 3 years of relevant experience in process improvement and people management. Knowledge of project and change management, learning and development strategy creation and delivery, curriculum development, and training delivery and execution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio. Advanced knowledge of Oracle, CRM, and other business tools.
