Lead Specialist - Legal Operations
**Job Description Summary** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on enhancing the culture and engagement within the legal and compliance organization, driving continuous education and training programs, managing communications, and supporting pro bono and leadership events. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating a positive and productive environment while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. **Essential Responsibilities:** + **Culture and Engagement:** Develop and implement initiatives to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture within the legal and compliance organization. + **Continuous Education and Training:** Design and manage training programs to support the professional growth of legal and compliance team members. + **Communications:** Create and execute communication strategies to ensure alignment and transparency across the legal and compliance organization. + **Pro Bono Initiatives:** Coordinate and promote pro bono activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and community impact goals. + **Leadership Events:** Plan and execute leadership development events and programs to inspire and empower legal and compliance team members. + **Metrics and Reporting:** Track and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. **Qualifications/Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Legal Studies, Business Administration, Communications). + 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, organizational development, or a related field. + This position requires U.S. Citizenship status **Desired Characteristics:** + Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. + Experience with pro bono programs and leadership development is a plus. + Lean experience + Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and as a team player + Creativity, vision, and sound judgment in developing and implementing solutions + Strong cross functional collaboration and influencing skills across all levels of the organization + Actively embraces new ways of thinking and practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness + Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team _This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
