**Lead Specialist, Sales Planning** **Shelton, CT** The Lead Specialist, Sales Planning is an order management expert responsible for leading the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders while ensuring exceptional customer service to external and internal teams. This role involves order verification, resolving complex discrepancies, and assisting in managing team operations to meet customer delivery requirements and maintain the highest possible customer scorecard ratings for OTIF (On-Time, In-Full). This position requires genuine, demonstrated technical ability with the candidate able to confidently and seamlessly navigate systems, platforms, and portals, leveraging technology daily to drive accuracy. The position also will require strong operational execution with supporting knowledge of EDI systems and SAP to facilitate process improvements and system coordination.
