The Lead Technologist must demonstrate technical scanning capabilities in all areas of vascular ultrasound. Assists with administrative tasks relating to personnel, fiscal responsibilities and quality assurance. Maintains and ensures hospital safety guidelines. Demonstrates initiative and timely follow through on all work assignments. Assumes full responsibility for quality of own work. Assists with patient care as needed. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent Successful completion of an approved Ultrasonography program. A minimum of five years’ experience with at least two years of progressive responsibility preferred. Certification/License: RVT.
