Your Impact
As a Lead Solutions Consultant – Cybersecurity, you’ll be the go-to trusted advisor for clients across the Middle East & Africa, guiding them in building secure, scalable, and innovative cybersecurity strategies. Based in Riyadh, you’ll shape customer roadmaps in Data Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Application Security Testing—helping organizations protect their most valuable information assets. Your influence will be felt from C-level strategy sessions to technical deep dives, ensuring clients see both the business and technical value of OpenText’s solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

12+ years in cybersecurity presales, architecture, or consultancyData Security (encryption, masking, tokenization, discovery/classification, DLP)IAM (SSO, MFA, PAM, access governance) and relevant protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)Application Security Testing (DAST, SAST, IAST) and container-based deploymentsStrong grasp of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR) and Zero Trust principles, plus Linux/Windows, databases, and networkingAbility to engage both executives and engineers, strong presentation and communication skills, collaborative mindset, and fluency in English & ArabicExperience with OpenText Fortify, Voltage, or IAM solutions; security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CEH); established local partner and community relationships
