Your Impact
As a Principal Solutions Consultant for the Analytics Data Platform, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the data strategies of leading organizations across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you’ll partner with customers to design and deliver innovative data warehouse, data lake, and analytics solutions—helping them securely transform their data capabilities. Your expertise will influence decision-makers, accelerate adoption of AI/ML-powered analytics, and strengthen OpenText’s market leadership. You’ll run proof-of-concepts, deliver compelling demos, present at events, and act as a trusted advisor to sales, management, and customers.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience: 10+ years in data warehousing, data platforms, and analytics with strong hands-on expertise.

Technical Skills: SQL, Big Data architectures, data pipelines (Kafka, Spark), programming (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Shell, Jupyter, C++), APIs, web services, Linux/Windows OS, networking, and container-based deployments.

AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning models, algorithms, and large language models; ability to train and test models on large datasets.

Solution Selling: Ability to link solutions to business value, run POCs, and deliver persuasive technical presentations.

Market Insight: Knowledge of local markets, strong network with system integrators, resellers, and distributors.

Soft Skills: Open-minded, proactive, confident with both C-level and technical audiences; fluent in English & Arabic.

Nice to Have: Hands-on experience with OpenText Vertica; relevant data warehouse certifications.
