Your mission: Our technological architecture must run alongside and support our business goals at PwC, and IT Architects make that happen by creating blueprints for software, hardware, networks, and data systems. As Lead Solution Architect, you will lead and manage a team of architects and security officers, you’ll take the long view with a strategic planning mindset, deep technical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills. Scalability as we work towards digital transformation is crucial, as we collaborate with stakeholders to adopt new technologies.

As Lead Solution Architect, we have the vision and leadership skills to make daring IT decisions that can make digital transformation a reality. Your ability to collaborate across teams and departments and your flexibility to adopt new technologies will help you enhance system performance, scalability, and security. As part of a Network, any design, roadmap, or transformation must incorporate our standards and technology strategy, including those of our Firm.

Be a part of our team where you will:

Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of architects, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment between architecture solutions and the organization’s goals.Act as a partner to technical Leads and any technical teams, co-creating architecture models and frameworks that address both business and technical needs.Oversee the design and development of solutions to ensure they meet functional, technical, and security requirements.Define and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.Promote resilience and scalability by co-developing architecture that integrate regulatory compliance and robust security measures in cloud environments, AWS and Azure.Work closely with IT teams to ensure that architectural designs are properly implemented and maintained.Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication between architects and other technical teams.Identify and implement emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance capabilities.Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Serve as the primary point of contact for architecture-related queries and decisions.Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on architecture strategies, progress, and challenges.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure solutions align with consumer needs and expectations.Provide the technical expertise to our Advisory department.

Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldHave extensive experience (min 7 years) in IT architectureShow proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop technical teams.Possess strong Knowledge in IT infrastructure and Cloud development.Demonstrate engineering & software architecture design skills.Have a strong appetite to learn very fast business and IT related topics.Demonstrate great interpersonal and soft skills.Are fluent in both French and English.
