We’re seeking a Lead Solution Engineer to join our Platform Specialist team. In this role, you’ll bring deep technical expertise and strategic insight to help customers harness the full power of the Salesforce Platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to design secure, scalable solutions and play a critical role in driving platform adoption across complex enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do
Act as a technical thought partner and trusted advisor, shaping secure, scalable solutions that address enterprise challenges in governance, compliance, and developer productivity.Guide customers through technical evaluations and architectural decisions, aligning Platform capabilities with their business and security objectives.Deliver impactful technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to showcase the transformative potential of the Salesforce Platform.Collaborate with Account Executives, architects, and partners to develop strategies and close high-value deals.Advocate for secure development practices and help customers adopt a “secure by design” approach in their Salesforce environments.Stay at the forefront of Platform innovations, bringing technical insight and thought leadership to customer engagements.What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture within SaaS or cloud platforms.Proven expertise in Salesforce Platform data security, privacy, & governance.Experience driving technical strategy and solution design for complex enterprise environments.Strong understanding of developer workflows and application lifecycle management (ALM).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.A strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and a passion for innovation.Advanced level of English is requiredWhy Join Us?
