As a Lead Software Engineer - Java/React/AWS at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate Technology, you are an integral part of an agile team that works to enhance, build, and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. As a core technical contributor, you are responsible for conducting critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experiencePractical experience in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stabilityProficient in coding with one or more languages, including JavaExperience in developing applications and Microservices using Spring Boot technologiesSkilled in enterprise-level batch processing with Spring BatchHands-on experience with modern front-end technologies with Angular or ReactProficient in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments using modern programming and database querying languagesExperience in migrating applications to AWS public cloudStrong understanding of agile methodologies, including CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityDemonstrated expertise in software applications and technical processes within disciplines such as cloud, AI, machine learning, and mobileHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability; Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
