As a core technical contributor, you are tasked with implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical domains, supporting various business functions to achieve the firm’s business objectives.

Executes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsDevelops secure high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by othersUse Java, Spring Boot, kafka, Oracle to build event driven, cloud native Microservices. Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systemsLeads evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architectureLeads communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.Hands-on practical experience delivering scalable, distributed systems, application development, testing, and operational stability.Proficiency in Java (Core & EE, Spring Framework) and able to create Java based Microservices.Use Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Oracle to build event driven, cloud native Microservices. Practical cloud native experience in AWS and AWS tools (RDS, Lambda)Notable experience with cloud-based data platforms and patterns for compute, storage, analytics, and data science use casesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or ReactStrong understanding of OOP & SOA principles, design patterns, industry best practicesExperience with event-driven architectures and tools, data mesh architecture, data ingestion pipelines, workflow orchestration, containerization.Ability to drive requirement refinement with product and stakeholders.
