For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a software development role Experience with Microsoft software development technologies (C#, .NET, REST APIs, SQL Server) or similar Legal authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this positionPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Understanding and experience with advanced software concepts such as: Software design patterns and how to effectively apply them Continuous integration and deployment Implementing effective unit tests to ensure quality, maintainable solutions Understanding and experience with data management and business intelligence concepts such as: Query Optimization and operational observability Data modelling of complex processes ETL methodologies Data analytics, dashboarding, and reporting Familiarity with manufacturing or operations Experience with people and technology leadership

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $110,000-$140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
