About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer.

This Lead engineer will play a pivotal role in our Lending transformation efforts, assists in Architecture, hands on development, testing automation and collaborate with other seasoned engineers in the development of our new nCino/ salesforce platform.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impactAct as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplinesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programsReview and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factorsMake decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiativesCollaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goalsLead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Force.com Platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing)3+ Experience in configuration and customization of nCino3+ Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM3+ Experience with commercial lending businessExcellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience3+ Knowledge and experience with complex business system integrations5+ Knowledge and experience object-oriented design patterns and development3 + years of experience using tools like Jenkins/Harness, GitHub, Auto Rabit and testing automation tools (selenium or ACCELQ)3 + Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery3+ Experience with relational databases, or data modelling3+ Experience with web services such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and XMLExperience with Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, integration testing, API testing, Performance Testing, and Functional testing Certifications in Salesforce and nCino
