**Introduction** As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a critical part of our Adobe & Marketing IT Delivery team, leading the entire operations team for Customer Journey Initiative which includes multiple Adobe platforms, IBM Hybrid Cloud, Access Hub, Tympani. You are expected to be an expert in Open Shift, Firewalls, Security, API Integrations, IBM Audit and Compliance Process, data and infrastructure architectures, Service Now, Orum, Qualtrics. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be a critical part of our Adobe & Marketing IT Delivery team, leading the entire operations team for Customer Journey Initiative which includes multiple Adobe platforms, IBM Hybrid Cloud, Access Hub, Tympani. You are expected to be an expert in Open Shift, Firewalls, Security, API Integrations, IBM Audit and Compliance Process, data and infrastructure architectures, Service Now, Orum, Qualtrics. **Required technical and professional expertise** · 5+ years of Operations Management Technical Leadership · Strong proficiency in IBM Public and Hybrid Cloud Platforms · Leadership proficiency with Compliance, Audits within IBM CIO · Proven expertise in Firewalls, Security Protocols, IBM API Connect · Strong proficiency with Adobe Marketo, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Administrator Console · Strong proficiency in SDLC, Jira, Service Now and integrations · Strong proficiency in Instana, Dynatrace, IBM Cloud Logs · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. **Preferred technical and professional experience** · Familiarity with IBM Martech Stack · Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. · Test Tools · Python, YAML, RDBMS IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
