We are hiring a Backend / Full stack developer who would be responsible for developing the high-performance software products. The candidate must demonstrate good analytical abilities, attention to detail and verbal & written English communication skill. As a Software Engineer, you’ll be embedded on an agile development team. You’ll get to work directly with other Developers, Product Analysts, Managers, and Directors, all of whom are dedicated to supporting our client’s complex technical issues and providing the Ultimate customer experience. Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop a good functional knowledge for your domain
• Work directly with clients to resolve their technical issues.
• Work closely with other development teams for debugging issues, determining root causes and recommend solutions and next actions.
• Identify common knowledge gaps and work with the Product Analysts on strategies to mitigate them.
• Identify trends in customer cases/issues and recommend areas where resolutions can be automated
• Proactively communicate with clients and team members to keep them apprised of issue status and any commitment dates.
• Participate in cross-training to expand your technical skillset.
• The ability to clearly document and articulate the root cause of issues and resolutions to customers both verbally and written within the context of a customer service case.
• Developing software products using modeling techniques and software design patterns
• Developing web-based business applications
• Participate in coding & designing of the application software
• Interpret informal requirement descriptions and detail them for other team members consumption
• Participate in code and design reviews to ensure quality and conformance to product standards
• Participate in the teams on-call rotation.

Skills and Attributes

• Software development experience in a fast-paced environment, working through all phases of the software development lifecycle
• experience in Java- 11, Spring, Spring boot-2.3, Axon-4.4, microservices, angular/typescript, mongodb, GCP, RabbitMQ
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, Knockout JS and / or Angular, Angular-10
• Experience in database modeling, relational and NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, and techniques/tools such as MySQL, SQL, etc.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries and decipher stored procedures, triggers, scheduled jobs. Ability to identify when table indexing would benefit query performance. Ability to capture SQL traces via profiler.
• Kubernetes and GCP along with DevOps experience
• Strong experience in SaaS/Cloud application / Product experience development domain including security concerns and multi-tenant service level agreements.
• Proficiency with Git as a version control system
• Agile or Lean experience such as Scrum Programming methodologies (preferred)
• Ability to write code and test your own work
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to design, code, and unit test applications per specification documents
• Ability to develop automated tests
• Ability to communicate information effectively to customers at various organizational levels
• Teamwork is a must
