The Role

Lead in the team effort to design, develop, code, test and debug new complex software or significant enhancements to existing complex software. Lead review of input for documentation of new or existing software. Apply existing and introduce new and approved technologies to develop solutions. Lead others in the application of principles, theories and concepts and use of methodologies, tools, documentation processes and test procedures to complete projects. May lead team to select and manage vendor.

The Main Responsibilities Works with the Technical Director, Technical Architect, App/Web Developer, Database Administrator, System Administrator, Project Management, Account Management and Creative to create best-in-class websites and applications, completing all requirements and meeting usability expectationsDevelops and/or maintains a sustainable front-end framework and coordinates with other team membersPartners with Technology personnel to develop creative marketing technology solutions in support of meeting client expectationsEstimates timeline for assigned projects and ensures that work is completed with the estimate givenProvides leadership in the development and implementation of short- and long-term technology plans and related policies and proceduresTakes a lead role in establishing and implementing standards that will facilitate a quality IT infrastructure all clientsWhat We look for in a Candidate 8+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience6+ years professional experience with a Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience2+ years using ArcGIS desktop products like ArcGis Pro & ArcMap (Esri product)Ability to code in Python or  Java  using the arcpy library tools is highly desirable.Some experience in development using Java/ Web is desirable (no UI work, backend)Manage ArcGIS installation, upgrades and administration of ArcGIS portal and serverBasic understanding of ArcGIS types like SDO_GEOMETRY and ST_GEOMETRYAble to use and create tools and scripts for geo processingExperience in Golang preferredCo-ordinate the ArcGIS licensing needsHandle tickets related to 3GISCoordinate deploymentsCompensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL  AR  AZ  FL  GA  IA  ID  IN  KS  KY  LA  ME  MO  MS  MT  ND  NE  NM  OH  OK  PA  SC  SD  TN  UT  VT  WI  WV  WY 
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO  HI  MI  MN  NC  NH  NV  OR  RI 
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK  CA  CT  DC  DE  IL  MA  MD  NJ  NY  TX  VA  WA
