Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Cold Room/Freezers -22degreesF/-6degrees C, Fluctuating Temps hot/cold, Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
**Job Description**
This position directs the daily workflow for a small team under the direction of the Team lead and/or supervisor, enabling the team to consistently deliver high levels of customer service in support of our contractual obligations. May oversee service offerings including but not limited to: order/stockroom/dock management, procurement, material handling, chemical tracking, and inventory management.
+ Assist with material orders and reconciliation, including maintaining a min/max or Kanban system and ensuring FEFO compliance.
+ Deliver on committed contractual scope of work. Assist with tracking business metrics.
+ Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP's & work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Team lead regarding daily duties.
+ Implement SOPs, conductsiteaudits, and assist with completion of annual physical inventory.
+ Drive process improvement culture by supporting Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives.
+ Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations, professionally and positively.
+ Be involved with and support safety programs such as hazard identification, conduct inspections and incident reporting/investigations as required.
+ Attend required training sessions
+ May perform other responsibilities as assigned by management
**Education**
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree in a related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the required skills. Military Service/Training in lieu of a degree may also be considered.
**Experience**
3+ years of progressive, proven experience required
Experience working in Good x Practice (GxP) environment knowledge requirements are also a plus.

+ Demonstrates computer proficiency and possesses intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of software.
+ Possesses strong analytical abilities to problem solve, make timely decisions, re-balance staff workloads, and coordinate multiple overlapping priorities, while functioning in a fast-paced work environment
+ Ensure that all required materials and PPE are available for GMP cleaners before end of shift
+ Promote a safe work environment through various safety initiatives within functional area.
+ Provide support for handling of raw materials, cleaning reagents, gowning supplies and consumables, including sanitization of all items being transferred into the cleanrooms.
**Physical Requirements / Work Environment**
Requires the ability to lift, push, and pull 30-40 pounds consistently; lift 50 pounds occasionally, including operation and use of pushcarts, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
Regularly required to stand or walk for prolonged periods. Depending on the area of the building, personal protective equipment may be worn, including lab coats, coveralls, hoods, facemasks, hairnets, safety glasses and gloves.
Ability to work in environments with varied temperatures (cold rooms, outside, ect.)
Ability to work overtime, as needed.
