They possess knowledge in business and technical skills related to specific module/s of ServiceNow and various scripting languages, such as JavaScript. This individual is also proficient in using ServiceNow's low-code/no-code platform, the NOW platform, and can design and develop customized reports by applying code-level changes in the ServiceNow environment. They can implement different ServiceNow modules and customize them as needed. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Extensive experience in ServiceNow development. * Expertise in IRM Module. * Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team, driving efficiency and innovation in ServiceNow implementations. * Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and align ServiceNow solutions with business needs.
