Under limited direction, this individual is responsible to work closely with business analysts,and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. With a profound understanding of the ITSM core processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Fulfillment, Service Level), the ServiceNow Developer builds new features and customizes the ServiceNow application to lead to a higher process maturity and efficiency in the tool thereby supporting the Service Transformation. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of relevant industry experience. + Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflow design, and module customization. + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions, and ITSM (minimum 5 years preferred). + Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows. + Demonstrated experience working with global teams across different time zones, showing strong collaboration and adaptability. + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferences:** + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) + ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist **Position Level** Senior Associate **Country** India At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
