Join our team and create your future. This role is based in Bengaluru, India, and will work with Software Development and Corporate IT, and practice resources based in the US and India. Under limited direction, this individual is responsible to work closely with business analysts,and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies. With a profound understanding of the ITSM core processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Fulfillment, Service Level), the ServiceNow Developer builds new features and customizes the ServiceNow application to lead to a higher process maturity and efficiency in the tool thereby supporting the Service Transformation. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of relevant industry experience. + Minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development, including scripting, workflow design, and module customization. + Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions, and ITSM (minimum 5 years preferred). + Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows. + Demonstrated experience working with global teams across different time zones, showing strong collaboration and adaptability. + Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. **Preferences:** + ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) + ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist **Position Level** Senior Associate **Country** India At Huron, we’re redefining what a consulting organization can be.
