Job Title: Astt. Manager Job Level: B1 Function: Delivery Experience Location : NOC Manesar Reporting to : Sr. Manager Date : Purpose of the JobResponsible for designing, implementing and testing the SDWAN solution on different vendors like Cisco Viptela, Fortinet & Lavelle.
Collaborate with Vendors, BSG, Products and different internal and external delivery and support team to manage the design and implementation of customer solution.
To drive improvements in customer experience and to emphasis on digitization & Single pane of glass ecosystem for effective service management.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
To review and validate the HLD and LLD documents to ensure customer requirements are thoroughly captured and to ensure hassle free delivery experience.
To provision/migrate customer services on SDWAN within TAT and to support UAT and capture test results for Day2 journey.
Support trials/ new product introductions in the customer network by supporting and
conducting POCs.
Define the strategy to develop the configuration cases as well as roadmaps for addressing technical/process challenges jointly with our Internal and external teams i.e OEM’s , channel partners, support partners.
TO perform first time right provisioning and to perform planned activity with customer.
Major Challenges :
Incumbent needs to have a vision of the current challenges and concerns of the Technical Solution/ process gaps , as well as impact analysis over the network during support and delivery . Excellent configuration Management & Troubleshooting Skills up to advanced level are essential to develop strong circle of influence across the direct customers/vendors and partners . Internally, needs to guide/align teams to deliver the desired support based on drafted Standard Operating Procedures.
Decision level Prime: Technically sound to understand customer requirement and to propose, design, implement and test the SDWAN solution on different vendors.
Shared: Decisions reached jointly with peers on a collective basis.
Contributory: Makes a major contribution to a decision or policy judgment reached by other
Demonstrate (Key competencies)
Strong Knowledge and experience on SDWAN solution Design, implementation and testing of services.
Hands on experience in spinning of controllers, creating feature templates, policy templates and onboarding of customer sites on multiple vendors like Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Lavelle etc.
In depth knowledge of BGP, L2 & L3 MPLS VPN, OSPF, QOS, Multicast, IPSEC, HSRP/VRRP.
Clear concept and strong technical domain knowledge in routing and switching.
Collaborative, process oriented, analytical and problem solving.
Identifies risks and development of risk mitigation plans.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills to handle discussion and meetings with different internal and external contacts.
Must be passionate about technology and learning new concepts.
Self-Motivated Individual with positive (Must-win) attitude and ready to take up challenges.
Educational Level
Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technology.
CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certification,
Additional advantage for NSE certified and Cisco Viptela certification.
Working Experience
Must have 4-5 years of work experience in Telco Service Provisioning / related industry.
