To review and validate the HLD and LLD documents to ensure customer requirements are thoroughly captured and to ensure hassle free delivery experience.
To provision/migrate customer services on SDWAN within TAT and to support UAT and capture test results for Day2 journey.
Support trials/ new product introductions in the customer network by supporting and
conducting POCs.
Define the strategy to develop the configuration cases as well as roadmaps for addressing technical/process challenges jointly with our Internal and external teams i.e OEM’s , channel partners, support partners.
TO perform first time right provisioning and to perform planned activity with customer
