You Are:

Primary responsibility will be to participate in the creation of new products and enhancements to existing products from requirement to launch as part of a cross functional team involved in the development of Application Lifecycle Management Tools. And required to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, sustain and document software changes for new requirements, enhancements and defects.  

 

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled 8+ Years Techno Functional Analyst to join our team. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business systems and processes. Key

 

What are we looking for:

• Analyze and document business processes and workflows.

• Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements.

• Develop functional specifications and system design documents.

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.

• Conduct Functional/User acceptance testing (FUT/UAT) and provide support during the implementation phase.

• Create and maintain documentation related to business processes, systems, and user guides.

• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business processes.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP systems (e.g., SAP CRM,ECC,HANA).

• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.

• Familiarity with Hadoop for big data processing and analysis.

• Certification in Databricks is a plus.
