About the Role
As a Lead – Lead Reverse Operations Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in expanding PMI’s Reverse Operations program across EMEA Region. You’ll guide cross-functional teams through the onboarding of Risk Reduced Products (RRPs), ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and operational readiness for device returns, repairs, and recyclin
Key Responsibilities
Extend the CIRCLE Reverse Operations program to new markets and ensure first shipments are compliant and on time.Maintain compliance and readiness for participating markets, addressing regulatory changes and guiding stakeholders.Act as project lead and subject matter expert for sustainability and supply chain initiatives.Lead cross-functional, multicultural teams and external suppliers through logistics and compliance processes.Provide regular project reporting and maintain documentation.Identify blockers, assess risks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.Ensure full compliance with PMI standards, policies, and legal requirements.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong project management and analytical skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.High emotional intelligence and soft skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Waste Managment, Supply Chain, Project Management, Business Administration, Sustainability, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Background
Experience in recycling, refurbishment, or sustainability projects.Familiarity with consumer electronics and end-of-life programs.Exposure to legal, trade, logistics, and compliance matters.
