The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth and deliver tailored retrofit solutions that meet customer needs across the region. **Key Responsibilities:** **Lead Proposal Activities for Fan Retrofits, Including Electrical & Control Engineering Tasks** 1. Manage and grow the retrofit sales pipeline across Southeast Asia to achieve targeted bookings. 2. Conduct regular alignment meetings with regional sales managers to maintain pipeline momentum and accelerate deal closures. 3. Lead the development of retrofit proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards across both technical and commercial dimensions 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design retrofit solutions tailored customer-specific needs. 5. Coordinate and oversee site investigations and fan performance testing as required. 6. Integrate electrical and control engineering considerations into retrofit proposals, including control panel design, automation integration, and system compliance. 7. Conduct training sessions for electrical and control engineers focused on field service and troubleshooting. 8. Provide technical support during proposal development, customer discussions, and project execution phases. 9.
