What Will You Do?This role is responsible for leading sales and proposal activities for fan retrofit solutions across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive business growth and deliver tailored retrofit solutions that meet customer needs across the region.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Proposal Activities for Fan Retrofits, Including Electrical & Control Engineering Tasks
Manage and grow the retrofit sales pipeline across Southeast Asia to achieve targeted bookings. Conduct regular alignment meetings with regional sales managers to maintain pipeline momentum and accelerate deal closures. Lead the development of retrofit proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards across both technical and commercial dimensions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design retrofit solutions tailored customer-specific needs. Coordinate and oversee site investigations and fan performance testing as required. Integrate electrical and control engineering considerations into retrofit proposals, including control panel design, automation integration, and system compliance. Conduct training sessions for electrical and control engineers focused on field service and troubleshooting. Provide technical support during proposal development, customer discussions, and project execution phases. Ensure all retrofit solutions comply with relevant technical standards, safety regulations, and industry’s best practices. Your Experience Should Be... Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Automation Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and service of technical products, or a combination of education and relevant experience. Proven experience in designing and building control panels. Strong troubleshooting skills in control systems. Experience in industrial equipment retrofits is preferred. Familiarity with fan performance testing is a plus. Proven business development and operational execution skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
