Reporting to the Practice Head of Design Operations and Strategy for Wealth Management Americas (WMA), this role is centered on using research to drive digital customer experiences. By leveraging customer research and UX research and mapping current journeys, we will utilize those insights to inform our strategic initiatives. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior associates, continuing to drive both customer and competitive research. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal experts to develop strategies and create comprehensive customer journey visualizations
• Conduct user research to gather valuable insights into customer needs and pain points, using methods such as interviews, surveys, and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering and analytics, to create cohesive and compelling experiences that resonate with users.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of implemented strategies, ensuring continuous enhancement of the user experience.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to guide design and development efforts, providing a clear vision of the user journey.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the user experience, incorporating the latest innovations and methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in for proposed strategies, and effectively communicating the value of user-centered design.
• Invest time in thorough user research to understand users’ needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring that strategies are user-centric and grounded in real-world insights.
• Embrace data-driven decision-making by utilizing data analytics to inform strategies and measure their effectiveness, creating more targeted and impactful experiences.
• Facilitate workshops and present perspectives and insights to product teams to help inform them of opportunity areas and backlog prioritization
• Conduct competitive research to stay abreast of best-in-class experiences both within and outside your industry, keeping pace with advances made by competitors.
• Develop and maintain detailed user journey maps to visualize and understand the user’s experience across different touchpoints, regularly updating these maps to reflect changes and improvements for a seamless and consistent user experience.

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $110000 to $157000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
