Caregivers in this department work closely together and are supported by involved leaders eager to provide coaching.
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of recruiters and proactively identifying recruitment risks, recommending interventions and managing strategic hiring projects.
If you are skilled in making high-level decisions and solving complex problems with minimal supervision, you will be a great addition to the Talent Acquisition Team at Cleveland Clinic. This individual will be responsible for ensuring recruiters are following the Talent Acquisition standards and adhering to the recruitment plans and strategies.
**A caregiver in this position works 7:00am-5:00pm.**
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Actively participate in Cleveland Clinic and Talent Acquisition objectives and provides assistance in reaching departmental metrics and goals.
+ Build, lead and coach a team of recruiters.
+ Develop and execute production coaching for the team.
+ Develop Talent Acquisition best practices, processes and policies to be shared and implemented across the organization.
+ Assist in the development of policies and procedures to standardize, rationalize and simplify Cleveland Clinic recruiting processes.
+ Participate in the development, monitoring, and implementation of Recruitment plans for areas of assigned responsibility. This includes research, evaluation, and selection of appropriate recruitment methods to ensure the recruitment of highly skilled and qualified Caregivers.
+ Provide guidance and technical advice and works with other team members. Serves as a representative of the department at divisional, hospital and enterprise-wide committees.
+ Manage the candidate pipeline and conducts interviews, screens, tests and evaluates candidates.
+ Ensure process and system compliance for all steps of the recruitment process; position approval, posting, sourcing, interviewing, testing, education/employment verification, criminal background checks, executing pre-onboarding process, applicant tracking database management.
+ Participate in recruitment efforts at conventions, speaking engagements, job fairs, educational facilities and other community related activities.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field
+ 5 years of recruiter experience, including at least 1 year Cleveland Clinic Talent Acquisition experience
+ OR Associate's Degree and an additional 2 year of full- life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience
+ OR High School Diploma/GED and an additional 4 years of full-life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and possess strong customer service skills
+ Excellent time management and follow-up skills, superior organizational
+ Analytic skills with keen attention to detail and quality
+ Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite
+ Experience with handling confidential Human Resources matters
+ Detail-oriented and can work proactively and effectively while ensuring compliance

**Physical Requirements:**
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.
+ Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.
+ In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.
**Personal Protective Equipment:**
+ Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
**Pay Range**
Minimum hourly: $33.46
Maximum hourly: $51.03
