Let’s make that impact together. **Job Description** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Formulations development for Fine Chemicals & Research Chemicals business and applications development in various downstream fields. + Application areas include, but are not limited to, personal care, aluminum brazing, and photovoltaic encapsulant. + Identify potential toller and work with toller on qualification process. + Develop strategic customers and applications with existing product portfolio. + Identify the technical needs of the market and cooperate with the marketing teams to develop the new products for the local market; Identify gaps in product portfolio (competition) and cooperate with Marketing and Sales team; **Background Requirements:** + Master's degree in Materials Chemistry, Polymer Materials Chemistry, or Applied Chemistry. + Over 10 years of experience in formulation design and multiple downstream applications, like personal care, aluminum brazing, and photovoltaic encapsulant etc. + Wide material knowledge from formulation to process. + Strong project management experience from POC to product launch. + Practical experience in developing and qualifying toller. + Fluent in spoken English. + Good internal and external technology presentation skills.
