**Job Summary** We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Auto Functional/Regression Testing Manual Cloud Testing Manual Data Testing Automated Testing Playwright and Selenium. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various projects. + Oversee the automation of functional and regression tests using tools like Playwright and Selenium. + Provide expertise in manual cloud testing to ensure the reliability and performance of cloud-based applications. + Conduct manual data testing to validate data integrity and accuracy across different systems. + Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the software development lifecycle. + Ensure that all testing activities are conducted in compliance with industry standards and best practices. + Monitor and report on test execution progress defects and overall quality metrics. + Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge. + Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality assurance process. + Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. + Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in Auto Functional/Regression Testing Manual Cloud Testing Manual Data Testing Automated Testing Playwright and Selenium. + Demonstrate proficiency in developing and executing test plans and test cases. + Have a solid understanding of automated testing frameworks and tools. + Show expertise in manual testing techniques and methodologies. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Have experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain (nice to have). + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. **Certifications Required** ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
