Your Impact
As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, you will own and perform quality assurance functions of highly complex service from development to production. Will develop functional and performance test plans and more importantly API automation (unit, component and integration). Will work with multiple services team and assist on integrations. You will drive innovation for both team and product development.
What the role offers
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.Design and implement comprehensive test strategies, including high-quality test cases, test plans, and automation frameworks.Develop and maintain automated tests for unit, integration, and end-to-end scenarios to ensure robust software delivery.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.Analyze software designs and architectures to understand complex components and ensure thorough test coverage.Perform root cause analysis on defects and propose effective solutions or alternative approaches to meet business requirements.Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
What you will need to succeed
Minimum 8+ years of experience in designing and building API Automation Frameworks.You will be an Expert in Java, Python, REST Assure, Selenium and API AutomationExpertise on Automation Frameworks, especially Behavior driven frameworkHands-on experience with object storage platforms such as Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage.Proficient in managing lifecycle policies for versioning, archiving, and data deletion.Familiarity with large-scale data operations, including efficient data retrieval, multipart uploads, and parallel processing.Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices to support continuous testing and deployment.Knowledge Microservices and REST servicesExperience is building the CI/CD pipelines and understanding the DevOpsExcellent communication and time management skills
