Candidate should know -   ·         LTE Architecture. ·         VoLTE Architecture. ·         Sound knowledge in 4G and VoLTE KPI – Throughput, Payload, PRB Utilization, BCR (Data/Voice), CSFB Redirection Failure Rate, S1 Signaling Failures, SRVCC Failures, CQI, ERAB Setup Success Rate, Packet Loss, RRC Failure, Inter & Intra Frequency Handover, VoLTE Call Completion Success Ratio, VoLTE CSSR, VoLTE Audio Gap (DL & UL) etc. ·         Hands on experience in Tools. ·         Good understanding on 4G Capacity, LMS, IFLB. ·         Good knowledge in RAN product (Preferably Ericsson). ·         Parameter level knowledge. ·         Good in analytics.     In this role, the candidate is required to do –   ·         KPI / Performance monitoring ·         Pre post KPI analysis after every CR implementation ·         Feature implementation ·         Driving MS Team (Close co-ordination with E/// CTELs and SMEs)
