DHL Express has immediate career opportunities available for Sales, Lead Qualification Agents in our Tempe, Arizona office. The Sales, Lead Qualification Agents will qualify leads by telephone and refer to the appropriate sales team. They will perform this by making outbound calls to or accepting inbound calls from prospective clients to determine the customer’s needs, estimated shipment volume, revenue potential, and answer customer questions regarding DHL services. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

Executes telephone calls to establish and qualify leads and prospects for the sales forceHandles incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retentionHandles inquiries generated by advertisingRecords customer information and maintains data records in appropriate toolEnsures information is recorded timely, accurately and in a clear understandable mannerCoordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirementsCultivating new qualified leads through both cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound) 

 Skills & Qualifications:

Entry level position offering career growth opportunities into DHL’s Sales organizationBA/BS degree or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree preferredExcellent oral communication skillInbound and outbound calling experience a plusStrong PC skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and CRMStrong ability to actively listen and determine customer's needsHighly motivated, competitive, self-starterBilingual (Spanish) a plus
