Key points – Provides support to the Project Quality Manager in delivering the project quality management system. Reports to the Project Quality Manager and has a reporting line to the Quality Assurance Discipline Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: + Assists with the Implementation of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and contract requirements. + With direction, supports with the implement the project quality requirements in accordance with the PQP and contract + Supports with implement the audit program to monitor adherence and identify improvement to the PQMS, to include supplier and subcontractor audits as required. + Monitor and report to the Project Quality Manager on the effectiveness of the PQMS. + Under direction uses knowledge and skills in identify deviations from project requirements, and ensure that systems and procedures are established to avoid recurrence + Supports in the monitoring of the application and effectiveness of the PQMS + With support, assist supplier and subcontractor quality plans and programs for any purchase orders / contracts placed, as applicable. + Support with project quality inductions. + Uses judgment to interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. + May direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members. Depending on scope: + Preparation of QA/QC inputs to the RFQs and POs + Managing the Quality input to pre-PO award bid review and clarification activities. + Managing the Quality input to Supplier documentation review activities. + Facilitate the completion of criticality ratings + Liaison with systems and fabrication quality manager and subcontractors quality + Review supplier and subcontractor quality plans and ITPs (as required) Skills and experience: + Minimum 10 years Quality Management experience within the oil and gas industry + Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines + Must be proactive and possess good inter personnel skills + Excellent organizational and communication skills + Proficient in English and Arabic language Education & Qualifications: + Bachelors in related field. + Professional Accreditation preferred + Successful completion of ISO 9001:2015 lead auditor training or transition course, preferred
