+ Minimum of 8 years of professional QA/QE experience + Must have worked in Life Insurance domain and Policy Administration system + Strong experience of end-to-end Life Insurance business process understanding + Good understanding of test automation and able to provide directions to automation team and identify automation opportunities + Deep experience in test strategy, test planning, test design, test execution + Worked to build and create regression test suite, and perform impact analysis + Experience in working in Risk Based testing + Participate in all phases of the agile development cycle, from sprint planning to retrospectives, advocating for quality at each step
