Lead Purchasing Manager Job Description **Lead Purchasing Manager, Division** **What is the Job about** Responsible to drive divisional performance and activities with Group Purchasing Define and drive divisional priorities with Group Purchasing **Your main responsibilities** + Deputy for GP Divisional leader in relevant leadership fora + Define roadmap of divisional projects and activities involving GP. I.e. cost out, PMI, de-risking, localization/regionalization, make/buy feasibility etc. + Project manage prioritized projects and activities + Plan, coordinate and track progress on divisional activities across GP function + Establish and drive professional performance management in order to define and execute the right divisional performance goals + Ensure and improve process and methodology of driving divisional performance. I.e. cost out, resilience and other activities + Establish and take part in purchasing forum across divisions to align on approach, projects etc. **Your background** + 10+ years of experience with project management + Proven record of working in larger international company and preferrable change management + Proven experience in handling complex projects / activities + Rich experience of industrial Categories. I.e.
