Lead Project Manager
World Wide Technology
+ Manage and communicate scope, change management, risks, and timeline of projects within the Program to all stakeholder groups.
+ Workstream and project team communication, and cross-Agile Release Train (ART), coordination with Release Train Engineer (RTE).
+ Collaborate and Coordinate with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs), Program Managers, and stakeholders.
+ Coordinate work across multiple Product Teams where priorities may conflict and dependencies exist.
+ Proven understanding of iterative development processes with the ability to influence translating those processes into action on a Project Team.
+ Manage complex stakeholder groups and demand customer expectations while adhering to strict deadlines.
+ Manage and meet regularly with WWT Leadership Team, Steering Committees, Project Managers, and Workstream members to discuss project status, activities, and risks.
+ Program-level leadership, guidance, and coaching
Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field
+ 7-10 years of experience managing IT Projects and Programs
+ People management, strategic planning, and change management experience preferred
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
+ Excellent problem solving, and critical thinking skills
+ Experience with Agile Project Management Methodologies required
+ SharePoint experience preferred
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $115,600.00 to $144,500.00 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
