Principal responsibilities

Support Tech Delivery leads and Programme managers in managing Group Data Technology Data Asset Control projects with PMO supporting activities.Support business manager in managing the DATaC financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and identify potential financial risk/ issue of team.Foster close collaboration between the Central PMO Governance team and stakeholders.Partner in successful delivery of the portfolio with the stakeholders within immediate team and partner with the IT COO, Business Manager, WFM, Procurement.Perform regular health checks on data quality of financials.Handle Financial Planning, Management Reporting [incl. Budgeting Forecasts, Co-ordination with central PMO team stakeholders pod leads.Handle Vendor Management activities – Co-coordinating with vendor for on / off boarding.Tracking of contracts and renewals as needed.SOW billing, such as recharging, accrual, payment etc.
