The Role

The Lead Program Manager will proactively drive and support our “Secure the Base” strategic initiative within the Customer Success (CS) and Transformation Office teams, which focuses on protecting and growing existing commercial revenue through proactive renewals, churn mitigation, and product migration.  Responsible for addressing potential retention-based risks through initiatives to improve the customer experience. The position will primarily serve as the program point of contact and solution architect to identify and mitigate risks that lead to customer loss across all segments of our commercial base of customers.  

Location

Allows for Work From Home within the United states with a preference for candidates in the Eastern, Central, and Mountain time zones.

The Main Responsibilities Ensures awareness, adoption, and participation of retention initiatives and tools leveraged by the Customer Success Organization. Develop and deliver action plans for improvement.Manage a formal feedback loop to provide input on programs/projects to stakeholder partners and segment leadership. Drive new and existing activities to decrease churn, accelerate renewals of existing services, improve Lumen customer promoter score, and exceed the PMO KPI's.Ensures accountability: holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.Engagement: Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.Plans and Aligns: Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project management.Decision-Making: Sound decision making skills with the ability to make informed and timely decisions.Consensus Building: Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.What We Look For in a Candidate 6+ years of related experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Self-starter and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to stay organized, practice time management, and perform without structured Project Management software. Strong persuasive skills, influential. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

 

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
