Summary
In Lead role, acts as champion of quality and continuous improvement, creating delivery standardization and best practices for technology focus area. Provides comprehensive professional services delivery as related to infrastructure consulting, design, implementation, configuration and knowledge transfer to Logicalis clients. Acts as technical lead and provides subject matter expertise and implementation guidance to clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as Champion of Quality and Continuous Improvement.
Runs Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives related to technology focus area.
Mentors peers on quality and continuous improvement – Logicalis Delivery Excellence.
Creates process driven templates for standardized deliverables across technology focus area.
Tests and validates plans, DVIPs, as-built documentation, and WBS.
Manages Lab Resources according to technology focus area.
Stands up and validates new potential offerings as they become relevant.
Facilitates Logicalis Circle of Excellence to include:
Discussion and remediation of current challenges and technical caveats being experienced.
Communication of upcoming changes to lab environment.
Communicates with practices re: initiatives and progress.
Communicates with pre-sales re: challenges, initiatives, and notable opportunities in progress.
Creates demos of new technologies across technology focus area.
Provides assessment on current team skills and recommendation on additional skill needs.
Performs implementations of overall solutions for clients, including development of solution designs, implementation plans and documentation.
Develops Logicalis standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
Provides, as subject matter expert, guidance, assistance and recommendations to determine new technical services and solutions for client’s business.
Leads project teams to deliver successful implementations.
Performs expert integration and customized consulting services.
Satisfies client technology services and solution requirements using best practices to:

Works directly with client to gather requirements, design solutions, build proof of concepts and implementations solutions.
Delivers consultative-based knowledge transfer and documentation to Logicalis’ clients.
Works with Resource Management Office (RMO) and Project Management Office (PMO) in scheduling and managing engagements.
Works with Logicalis’ clients to perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning.
Responsible for product evaluation, process improvement, and practice refinement activities.
Establishes relationships with clients by demonstrating strong listening skills.
Builds credibility and trust by delivering what has been promised within established timeframes.
Maintains focus on client satisfaction and expectation management.
Mentors and trains team members on working in collaborative environment.
Demonstrates and actively promotes an understanding and commitment to the mission of Logicalis through performing behaviors consistent with the organization's values.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Logicalis in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behaviors.

Education/Experience/Technical Requirements/Certifications
Equivalent combination accepted.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience / Technical Requirements
10 years of experience including design, consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft Solutions as follows:
Active Directory – implementations and migrations.
Office 365 migrations from varying versions of Exchange and configurations of hybrid environments in Enterprise setting.
One or more of the following:
Experience implementing Azure Modern Datacenter technologies such as Azure AD, Compute, Networking and Storage & DR.
General knowledge of migration tools including Quest (Dell) Migration Manager and MigrationWiz.
Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
Copilot skills and experience building agents.
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office applications
Certifications
Must possess at least one of the following:
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

Salary Compensation Range: $100,000 to $135,000 plus bonus
