Lead Professional, Sports Marketing, College Field Rep
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH** As a College Sports Marketing Field Rep, you’ll work closely with the entire College Sports Marketing team. You’ll report to the Director of College Sports Marketing, and work with internal partners across all Sports. Additionally, you will represent Nike to external partners including College Equipment Managers, Coaches, and other Athletic Department Staff. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** As part of our College Sports Marketing team, the Lead Professional Field Rep will be responsible for directly servicing a portfolio of key NCAA Division 1 college partnerships and collegiate sports programs. You will provide field rep service and manage relationships with equipment managers, coaches, athletes, and athletic department staff across the college sports marketing partnership portfolio. You will leverage your deep knowledge of the unique and complex college landscape and passion for college sports. Your passion for college sports and deep Nike product knowledge will help us serve our college partners in a premium way. + Open to work in Beaverton, OR in a portfolio appropriately positioned city for Highly Experienced Candidates + 5+ years combined experience with increasing responsibility in the following areas: Sports Marketing, Sports Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Retail Sales and/or Product Management + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training. + Strong and positive people/relationships skills + Strong organizational skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and presentations + Ability to travel 30% of the time **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** In your Field Rep role, you'll directly manage NIKE’s outfitting of the best college portfolio in the world. You'll service the top collegiate Olympic sports programs, ensuring that product, service and all partner needs are met. You’ll utilize footwear, apparel and equipment expertise to educate partners and to ensure proper execution. You’ll develop deep, influential relationships with equipment managers, coaches and athletic department staff. Additionally, you will help bring to life athlete and partner service strategies at key events NCAA events. Primary Responsibilities include: + Primary contact for equipment managers, secondary contact for coaches, athletic department staff, etc. for multiple college partners + Product expert and conduit across multiple product categories and functions, including footwear, uniforms, apparel, gloves, equipment, and accessories + Collaborate with NIKE and licensee product teams from brief through final design review + Manage uniform creation and redesign or chassis cadence across Promo, Hybrid and TEAM Builder resources + Manage product samples, product size-sets and sell-in for new product innovation
 + Work with NIKE licensees to service multiple sports or products - JR286 (gloves, accessories, equipment), APS (volleyball, wrestling, rowing, fencing), Paramount (headwear), Fanatics/BCS (apparel), and S.P. (hockey) + Facilitate product testing and athlete feedback + Lead apparel artwork and logo approvals + TEAM product expert for non-promo schools or promo product supplements + Serve as the issue management and troubleshooting expert and point of contact.
