Responsibilities:
Set up and operate lamination machinery, ensuring correct parameters for each job
Monitor machine output and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime
Lead a small team of machine operators and production workers on the floor
Train new team members and assist with skill development
Ensure accurate completion of production logs and quality checks
Support preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed
Communicate with supervisors and other departments for smooth workflow

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior leadership or team lead experience highly preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with lamination machinery or similar equipment a big plus
Mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills
Able to read and follow work instructions, specs, and production documentation
Good communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
