About the role.

Works with supervision in providing direction to employees in assigned work areas.  Monitors recording charts and machinery in all areas of the line and adjusting settings as specified by a supervisor, while working with operators to ensure continuity of the process. Maintaining desired attributes of finished product through maximum utilization of the raw material. 

 

Control line flows and blend rates in collaboration with supervisors and operators, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.Support sanitation efforts by providing necessary chemicals and monitoring cleanliness in designated areas.Encourage and reinforce good manufacturing practices among team members.Evaluate and test the performance of production trainees at 30, 60, and 90-day intervals, helping to bring out the best in our people.Uphold quality standards by understanding and applying quality process concepts and techniques.Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives, reflecting our commitment to innovation and excellence.

Compensation Package: $28.74-$28.74 USD hourly + bonus eligibility

 

The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
