As a Lead Product Validation Engineer: Quality Assurance, you will be part of Jasper Research and Development team in the SVG group in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The Jasper Quality Assurance team works with Jasper Formal Verification Platform.

Job Description:
+ Developing and executing test plans for the exploration of a variety of features.
+ Writing different styles of RTL sources to address specific testing scenarios.
+ Implement automated tests for the various features of Jasper, our formal verification product.
+ Analysis of functional and non-functional requirements
+ Assisting the research & development team with specification feedbacks.
+ Identify, document, and track software defects and enhancements.
+ Develop testing tools to maintain our software with the highest quality.
+ Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
+ Technical leadership on software quality best practices
+ Provide mentorship for less experienced team members
Requirements:
+ Complete bachelor’s in computer science or computer Engineering or related fields.
+ +4 year of experience in Quality Assurance/Product Validation
+ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
+ Experience with software testing, regression testing and automated testing tools;
+ Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
+ Knowledge of programming language/scripts.
+ Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
+ Good Version Control knowledge
+ Great interpersonal skills
+ Good leadership skills
Nice to have:
+ Knowledge/Experience EDA and VLSI design, including Verilog and VHDL languages.
+ Experience with scripting environments - either Tcl or Python.
+ Knowledge/Experience with Formal verification and/or simulation.
+ Proven technical leadership experience
