With 12+ years of experience the candidate will contribute to strategic initiatives ensuring alignment with business goals and enhancing product offering, and background in Clinical Development and Knowledge of eCOA product/process. The role demands a proactive approach to research and development fostering innovation. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with organizational objectives and market demands Oversee the creation and management of Point of View Collaterals to effectively communicate product vision and value propositions Provide insights through comprehensive Domain Research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product enhancement Implement robust Risk Management practices to mitigate potential challenges and ensure project success Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver solutions that meet customer needs Facilitate the development of White Papers to showcase thought leadership and expertise in relevant domains Ensure seamless integration of research findings into product development processes to enhance quality and performance Monitor industry developments to keep the product offerings competitive and relevant Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features for optimal user experience Coordinate with marketing teams to develop strategies that effectively promote product benefits and features Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and prioritize product development initiatives Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines through effective planning and resource allocation Drive continuous improvement by evaluating product performance and implementing necessary enhancements Qualifications Possess extensive experience in Point of View Collaterals demonstrating ability to articulate complex ideas clearly Have a strong background in Domain Research with a proven track record of identifying key industry trends Exhibit expertise in Risk Management ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks Experience in Research and Development is highly desirable showcasing ability to innovate and improve product offerings Demonstrate proficiency in creating impactful White Papers highlighting thought leadership and industry knowledge Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office collaboration Possess excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and drive product success. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $88,690 to $155,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
