About the Role The Lead Product Manager will own a smaller product or one or more product features within a complex product. He/she will be responsible for developing a commercially successful product strategy and lead the execution, working directly with the delivery team, with minimal guidance. He/she will represent the product domain to peers and managers within the company, and externally when required. In addition, he/she will manage a small team with responsibility for the recruitment, development, and success of this team.Responsibilities + Customer Focus: Demonstrates deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape, aligning team efforts and processes to meet segmented customer demands. + Data-Driven Decision-Making & Analysis: Uses data and KPIs to guide decisions, track progress, and coach others in effective analysis and problem-solving. + Go to Market & Product Marketing Lifecycle: Leads go-to-market planning and execution, including development of marketing materials and coordination with customer-facing teams. + Product Delivery & Development Lifecycle: Manages full product lifecycle independently, from planning through release, with strong SDLC and agile process knowledge. + Strategy & Commercial Acumen: Aligns product vision with business strategy, leveraging competitive insights and ROI analysis to drive growth and investment decisions. + Technical Skills: Applies high-level understanding of technology stack and data tools to support product development and collaborate effectively with technical teams. + Personal Capability: Proactively manages personal development through feedback, learning from experience, and aligning growth with business needs. + Solves Problems and Analyzes Issues: Effectively identifies, analyzes, and resolves problems using information from multiple sources. + Innovates: Generates and implements new ideas, challenges norms, and creates opportunities through innovative thinking. + Communicates Powerfully and Prolifically: Delivers clear, contextual communication and actively listens to understand others’ perspectives. + Collaboration and Teamwork: Promotes team cooperation, facilitates open dialogue, and removes barriers to performance and collaboration. + Builds Relationships: Builds rapport and works respectfully across teams, handling conflict constructively. + Inspires and Motivates Others to High Performance: Energizes and supports team members, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment. + Develops Others: Coaches and supports team development through feedback, advocacy, and encouraging ownership of growth. + Drives for Results: Sets clear expectations, follows through on commitments, and builds urgency and accountability for achieving goals. Requirements • Suggested minimum years of experience as a Product Manager - 6 years• Released new product or product features to the market, from collaborative conceptualization to execution to post-release management.• Active coaching of others leading to individual and team development• Education to Qualify: Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
