As a senior member of the Provider Solutions Product Management team at Resmed, you will lead the vision and strategy for patient engagement and provider-driven communications. You will own the end-to-end engagement strategy for providers while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to align and influence patient communication strategy across devices and provider as well as consumer apps. You will play a critical role in shaping a consistent, patient-centered approach for patients by collaborating across the organization.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring strong partnership with Consumer Product Management team, UX, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and requirements that ensure patients receive meaningful, timely outreach without message fatigue, while enabling providers to improve outcomes with minimal manual effort. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be energized by the opportunity to influence strategy across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Provider Communication Initiatives: Develop and drive the strategy for patient communication solutions that support providers in communicating effectively with patients.
Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure alignment towards a unified patient communication approach (including content, timing, etc.) for enhancing both provider and patient experiences.
Streamline Provider Workflows: Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve provider efficiency, reducing their workload and enhancing their productivity, without negatively impacting the patient experience.
Build Influence and Credibility: Establish strong relationships across the organization, using strategic leadership to influence roadmaps and ensure that complex initiatives are successfully executed.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
7-8 years of relevant experience in product management, ideally within the healthcare, digital health, or Healthcare SaaS companies.
Experience with Patient engagement within healthcare digital health domain .

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $142,000.00 - $214,000.00 USD Annual
