Lead Product Manager, Ads Platform

**About the Role**
Ads is one of Uber’s fastest-growing businesses, and we’ve been contributing to the Uber profitability goal.
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our Ads Demand Platform team. As a Lead Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of Ads Demand platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of advertising technology, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.
**What the Candidate Will Do**
1. Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Demand Platform at Uber
2. Drive the cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, Ops, Sales, etc.) teams to set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for the business
3. Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process.
4. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results, as appropriate, to a spectrum of audiences, including internal partners and leadership teams.
**Basic Qualifications**
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent
2. At least 7+ years of experience as an Ads product manager with a track record of partnering with engineering, design, data science and business functions to deliver successful projects at scale
3. Experience in defining objectives and key results (OKRs) and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve them
4. Excellent data analysis skills and data-driven decision-making ability, with a high design bar and a mentality of starting with the customer first and working backwards
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey results and opportunity areas to cross-functional teams and leadership
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Deep understanding of digital advertising businesses, Ads Manager platform, DSP
2. A true passion for Uber’s mission, our products, and the company’s hybrid technology/operations nature
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$216,000 per year - USD$240,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
