To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a **Lead Product Development Technician – Global Lab Operations (m/w/d)** in our product development site, in Pfinztal, Germany! **Your key responsibilities** + Build and test prototypes for dosing and disinfection systems + Conduct accredited performance and environmental tests, including failure analysis and leak detection + Manage lab infrastructure, including calibration, inventory, and lifetime test setups + Develop and validate new testing methods to improve accuracy and efficiency + Align lab activities with Product Development, PLM, and manufacturing teams across international sites + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and global lab standards **What we expect you have** + Degree in Mechatronics, Chemistry, or related fields + 7–10 years of lab experience, preferably in pump systems or similar (product development laboratory related experience would be great) + Strong knowledge of lab infrastructure and testing standards + Fluency in English; German language knowledge is a plus + Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 4–5 times per year) + Structured, self-driven, and quality-focused with strong communication skills + Experience in multicultural environments and ability to work independently + Ability to be in charge of a lab team of 4-5 people **What we offer** + Flexible working hours + A dynamically improving company with a stable background + Professional challenges and development opportunities in an international environment + Family-friendly, environmentally conscious employer **Are you interested?** If we caught your interest, we look forward to receiving your detailed application, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary expectations.
