WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

University degree: preferably Finance /Economics/ Business AdministrationMinimum 3 years of previous experience in data domains and project managementStrong technical skills - advanced Excel and SAPGood knowledge of due diligence processesVery good communication skills and strong customer focusAbility to work under time pressureStrong analytical skillsFluency in English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Coordination of Fiscal Compliance Program (FCP) Projects and Participation in MDM ProjectsLead and participate in FCP and MDM projects related to Business Partners, such as:introduction of sanctions screening and data enrichment processes for existing or newly integrated PMI entities; migration of processes from other entities; updates to FCP policies and integration of due diligence infrastructure into new or existing MDM solutions Plan and manage required resources, develop project plans and timelines, track progress, and execute project tasks, including analysis and coordination with the PB Compliance team and other stakeholders from Legal, Business, and IC teams Oversee change management processes and ensure successful implementation of new processes and services, including defining roles and responsibilities, creating policies and procedures and coordinating training sessions Coordinate necessary changes with IT teams and platform providers and participate in regular meetings with IT teams (e.g., BODS, SMDL) to maintain consistent communication and ensure smooth information flow Coordinate and execute tests to ensure the functionality and compliance of the sanctions screening infrastructure Maintain and update documentation related to sanctions screening processes and infrastructure Supplier Management by managing contract renewals, purchasing, and invoicing activities and maintaining regular contact with suppliers and monitor their performance Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize FCP processes and propose and implement innovations to enhance process standardization and efficiency
