Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.
This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Innovative Medicine business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
The Clinical Supply Product Group within the Innovative Medicine Technology Research & Development (IMT R&D) organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Lead Product Analyst – Transcend IM R&D. This position is critical to the IM R&D scope of the Transcend program, requiring close collaboration with R&D ecosystems and business users to design and define requirements for Transcend. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency within our organization.
**Responsibilities**
+ Drive the IM R&D scope within Transcend, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
+ Collaborate closely with IM R&D ecosystems in scope for Transcend and business users to understand and define business requirements.
+ Design and implement integration solutions for satellite system, in close collaboration with system owners and Transcend functions, that meet the business needs and enhance operational effectiveness.
+ Utilize expertise in SAP to support and optimize design and solutioning of IM R&D Clinical Supply Chain processes.
+ Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
+ Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure successful project execution.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
+ Drive a culture of data-driven decision making through Business Insights.
+ Establish comprehensive planning, tracking and reporting; ensure all program deliverables are delivered, in time, in budget, on quality and aligned with the overall timelines including dependent projects.
+ Foster meaningful collaborations, providing valuable insights for the organization; being driven by insights to identify crucial unmet needs.
**Qualifications**
+ Minimum of 5 years experience in Life Sciences, preferably in (Clinical) Supply Chain.
+ Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree supplemented with relevant work experience.
+ In depth experience in a functional analyst role, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex challenges and drive decision-making.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated ability to design and implement business solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
+ Excellent (English) communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technology concepts to a variety of audiences, including senior management.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Strong knowledge of R&D systems (such as RTSM, CTMS, MES,…) used in the Clinical Supply Chain.
+ Proven experience with SAP in function of (Clinical) Supply Chain processes.
+ Experience in Agile development.
