Lead Product, Marketing & Offers Execution Consultant

About this role:

Sales Enablement & Integration Team, which is a part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking is seeking a Lead Product, Marketing & Offers Execution Consultant.  The Sales Enablement & Integration team is responsible for small business banker readiness integration activities, readiness programs and proficiency, advisory tools and insights, and the adoption of sales initiatives. In this role, you will:

Be the subject matter expert in the execution of sales process and client deepening strategic goals 

Lead cross functional teams, support the strategic approach of business around growth tactic across sales, product and digital

Help guide and influence and will be accountable for the execution of key growth tactics

Partner with Marketing and key product partners on designing offers, conversation guides for offers and insights delivered through our client manage system to drive growth across multiple segments

Provides Small Business Sales leadership direction and facilitates ongoing planning of sales enablement roadmap around sales growth initiatives 

Partner to execute on driving banker productivity and efficiencies with our Small & Business Banking sales teams across all business segments

Identify focus areas of opportunity both in business and performance gaps as part of business reviews ultimately measured through P&L impact

Required Qualifications:  

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience executing sales process and client deepening strategic goals 

1+ years of experience designing offers, conversation guides

Previous experience leading cross functional teams supporting the strategic approach of business around growth tactics across sales, product and digital

1+ years of Banking experience, preferably in Small Business Banking

Strong understanding of client management systems

Experienced with sales process and offer management

Small & Business Banking product and services knowledge

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

This position offers a hybrid work schedule
